It’s lovely green hue is derived from two whole cups of spinach mixed in, but you’d never know it based on the flavor! Super creamy and light, it’d be hard to find another smoothie with so much nutrition packed in a single serving for only 160 calories. You could say it’s like trying to find a four-leaf clover ~ once you have it, you’re in luck!
St Patty’s Day Super Smoothie
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 scoop (aprrox 2 tbs) vanilla protein powder
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 packet stevia
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1 cup water (may need more to reach desired consistency)
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth!
